Obama Plans To Boost Puerto Rico’s Economy

On Monday, Barack Obama laid out his plan to strengthen Puerto Rico’s economy and reduce the high rate of unemployment.

Obama’s campaign has vowed to create a task force to boost economic development and create jobs in Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico currently has a per capita income about half that of the poorest U.S. states. Dios mio, HALF!

Obama’s plan would provide incentives to encourage U.S. businesses to generate jobs in Puerto Rico.

He also wants to encourage investment in rural Puerto Rico and explore programs to develop renewable energy to help charge the local economy.

Clinton In Debt

So we all know Team Obama started off April with a whopping $42 million and the Clinton Campaign with $9.3 million.

But did you know Clinton’s $10.3 million in the hole? In contrast, Obama has a reported $663,000 of unpaid bills.

Lets do the math here:

Obama’s $42 million - $633,000 = $41, 367,000

Clinton’s $9.3 million - $10.3 million = a negative $1 million and a need for money management!

Financial records filed Sunday  are showing just how ready Clinton is to run the U.S. economy.

Clinton if you’re reading this, Chris has a few words he’d like to share:

“We desperately need to see payments so we can pay our vendors.”

- Chris Menichetti, the founder and president of Endeavor Audio and Lighting Services in Dickson City, Pa., owed $43,484 by the campaign.
