¿Cómo voto?

EN ESPAÑOL
Wait, so Puerto Ricans can vote in the primaries?

Yup!

But they cant vote in November?

If they live in Puerto Rico, no. Puerto Ricans are U.S. citizens. But because the island is a semiautonomous commonwealth and not a state, only Puerto Ricans who live on the mainland have the right to cast presidential ballots in the November election.

This makes no sense. It sounds like they want our vote and not our voice!
